Let's Know "procrastination" (habit that is always put off the task / job)

" Procrastination "
 The habit of continually delaying a task or job that is not preferred and even chores or other work in psychology is called procrastination. People who have symptoms is called a procrastinator. Although it seems like a trivial problem but it would be very harmful if one becomes a procrastinator too long. There are some common characteristics possessed by a procrastinator. Do we include one of them?

1. Optimistic vs. fear

A procrastinator is usually very confident to complete a job within a short time. For example, we feel able to make the books within 2 hours. So if there is a time of 12 hours, 10 hours can be used to relax, dong. In fact, the real reason is because of laziness, fear can not, or do not like this job.
 

2. Feeling too busy

Feeling too busy procrastinator so ultimately make a person not a task that he should do. For example, we feel unable to make the job of having to clean the room as well as cooking. Yet in the end, none of that task is done.
 

3. stubborn

A procrastinator feels that he absolutely can not be forced to do something. This is because of the belief, everything must be arranged by yourself or having to wait a good mood appears by itself.

4. Always a victim

Because they can not do a good job or get bad grades, a procrastinator feels he is a victim of circumstance. Unfortunately procrastinator totally unaware if it was all a result of his own mistakes.

5. Like switch
When I had to do chores, suddenly we want to listen to music or watching TV. This is one feature that is often owned by someone procrastinator. Wanting to avoid the task, shock and awe, finally procrastinator choose to do something else less important.

Why?

    There are several things that can cause the nature of procrastination:

1. The mistaken belief (false belief).

The point is mistaken beliefs when working better and feels more challenging if we are under pressure or a narrow time.

2. Fear of failure.

Excessive fear if we are going to fail to do the job and ultimately prefer to avoid.

3. Perfectionist.

Which ultimately makes us feel no need to do a task that we do not like.

4. Hurry.

The nature of rush or so-called impulsive make procrastinator quickly switch to something other than its main task.

5. Rebelled.

Procrastination could emerge as a reaction to the rebellion against parents or authoritarian boss who likes alias' lives / our work. Procrastinator rebelled by not want to be in life / work


 Exhausted from constantly have to do something you like?

 IF ". If you do not like to do that and think it is pointless for you, do not bother doing it. But if you really have to do, because the situation is forcing you to do that, here are tips to make it a little fun : 

1. Do it for those you love
Just think of someone you love (sad if you do not have one) and do it for the sake of his happiness. Example: You do not like the boy band to sing the song because it makes your ears hurt, but your boyfriend really liked it (poor boy). So, you sing a love song from a boy band on his birthday. Although you do not like it but you do it anyway to make it happy. That's it.
2. Do it at the time produktifmu
For example, produktifmu time is at 8 am to 12 noon and 6 pm until 9 pm. So, do it in these times. After passing produktifmu time, rest or do something else.
3. Do it the other way
You do not have to do it in a generic way. You can do it your own way. Make it as pleasant as possible. If you, for example, like doing homework in a cafe or mall, you can do it. Just do not let other things distract you.
4. Give a gift to yourself
Define your gift itself. For example, "if I can do my homework in one day, I can play computer games all day tomorrow!" . You will be more motivated to achieve your goals.
5. Think of the consequences if you give / do not do it
If you have to do something you do not like in order to achieve goals lainmu, you must do so no matter you like it or not. If you give up, then maybe the trip will be hampered. Destroy the wall in front of you, do not let it hinder your way!
6. Share your feelings and your situation to someone who can memotivasimu
Having someone beside you who can motivate is a good thing. Do not hesitate to share and ask for help if someone could help you. It's like an extra energy in your journey.
