9 Tips For Happy Life


1. Do not Fear and Worry
     Feelings of fear and worry is not the mind of our most productive. Most of the things we worry about or fear never happen. So why do we worry and fear?


2. Never Save Grudge
    
Revenge is the largest and heaviest burden would be if we put it in his heart. Would you take him throughout life? .... I do not think so. Do not waste our energy with a grudge, it is definitely no good. Please use our energy to positive things.


3. Focus On The Issues
    
If we have some problems, finish our problems one by one. Do not unthinkable to solve the problem at once because it will make us more stress.


4. Do not Bring Your Sleep Problems
    
The problem is very bad for the health of our sleep. Our subconscious mind is a remarkable thing that can make us nervous and we are not sleeping soundly.


5. Other People's Problems Do not Take Your To Beat
    
Helping others who are in trouble is a noble thing, but if we take the largest share to solve the problem of other people that's the biggest mistake. Let the person who solve their own problems with the largest portion.


6. Do not Live in the Past
    
It may be convenient for us to remember the fun things in the past but do not you fall asleep in it. Concentrate with what happened today, because we would be able to feel a lot of happiness at this moment. I'm sure we'll have the feeling that much happier if we celebrate what happened at this time compared with the recall-ngingat happiness in the past.


7. Be a Good Listener
    
Probably most people including me:) hard to be a good listener. On the contrary we expect other people who listen to us, but actually to learn to listen to others, we will get a lot of new things that can be very useful for the happiness of our lives.


8. Do not Let Frustration Setting and even Disrupting Your Life
    
Have mercy on us more than anything, I mean let us not give up in frustration. Keep going. Take positive action and do it consistently.


9. Always Thankful
    
Grateful and thank for everything we get, not only the positive but also negative things, because I believe that behind every negative thing is there are good things we can learn.
